We build what the work needs.

Ward Offices is a group of companies built one problem at a time. Each one started because the last one created a need we could not buy our way out of. So we built it, learned it, and then opened it up to everyone else with the same problem. Everything here is something we own and operate ourselves.

What we do
01

Commerce & distribution

Buying at volume and getting product in front of the people who want it. Supplier relationships, catalog management, and the unglamorous reconciliation work that decides whether any of it made money.

02

Fulfillment & logistics

Receiving, prep, packing and outbound shipping, run to spec for brands who need their product handled the same way every time.

03

Supply & equipment

Packaging, consumables and industrial machines bought at group scale and sold on to the wider trade at prices a single operation cannot reach alone.

04

Brand & growth

Protecting the brands we represent, and building demand for the businesses we back. Built for our own use first, then sold outward.

What we run

Five companies. One operating discipline.

Each one started because the group needed it. Distribution needed a fulfillment floor, the floor needed packaging at volume, and all of it needed to be found by the people looking for it. We built them in that order, then opened the capacity to everyone else.

Track record

Built in order, not all at once.

Nothing here was planned on a whiteboard. Each piece got built because the one before it created a problem worth solving, and every one of them was learned by doing it wrong first.

2024

Started the first company

Began buying and reselling out of a small space in Delaware. No outside capital, no partner. Learned sourcing, distribution, prep and compliance the only way available, which was by running it.

2025

Moved to authorized wholesale

Went from opportunistic buying to signed reseller agreements with national brands, and built the warehouse from a storage room into a working distribution floor with staff on it.

2025

Built the back office

Wrote the internal tooling the operation needed and could not buy: shipment tracking, cashflow visibility, reconciliation and claims workflows, because the software that existed did not fit how the work actually ran.

2026

Opened Zelara Prep

Turned the fulfillment floor into its own business serving brand manufacturers directly. Full SOPs, client onboarding, rate card and an operations portal, built from scratch.

2026

Launched Mr. Warehousing

Formed the entity, built the storefront, and opened the group's packaging and equipment purchasing to outside operators at prices a single warehouse cannot reach alone.

2026

Co-founded Hello Haven Media

Every company we built needed a website, a logo and a way to be found, and we were bad at all three. After learning it the hard way we realized most small businesses never get past that step. So we turned it into an agency and took the operations and strategy side of the build.

Now

Widening the group

Moving weight off any single channel and into businesses that stand on their own: supply, fulfillment, marketing and the trade relationships underneath all of it. More of what we run, less of what we depend on.

How we work

Own the floor

We do not outsource the part that matters. If inventory moves through it, someone here is responsible for it by name.

Documentation wins

Counts, photos, POs, timestamps. Every claim we have won came down to having the record when it mattered.

Build it, then sell it

Every company here solved our own problem first. We only sell capacity we already depend on.

We're hiring.

Warehouse, operations, client work and sales. No degree required for most of it, and we promote from the floor.

Learn the operation, not just the title.

Every company we hire for is one we own and run. You will work near the people making the decisions, and you will see the whole chain rather than one slice of it.

What to expect: apply below and we read it ourselves. There is no screening software here. If it is a fit, we will reach out for a short call, then bring you in to see the warehouse. Either way you will hear back from us, usually inside a week.

Nothing fitting?

We hire ahead of postings more often than not, and we add roles as the group grows. If you have looked at what we run and have a specific idea of where you would fit, email us directly. Be concrete about what you would own.
